HOW TO USE
- Open the package and place the teabag at the bottom of the bathtub without opening it.
- Fill the tub with warm or hot water, with a recommended temperature of 100-104°F.
- Gently squeeze the teabag to assist with the brewing process.
- Watch as the water changes color, indicating that the tea is infusing.
- Soak your body and enjoy your healing time for at least 20 minutes.
- Drink plenty of water or tea to enhance the detoxifying process and prevent dehydration.
