Bathology for Maximum Effect

1-2 times a week / 30 minutes or more per time

Place 1 or 2 tea bags at the bottom above the tap and fill hot water first(and then adjust water temp with cold water to around 100°F) in the tub to fill 3 inches up your belly button.

Before tea bath, quick shower could be beneficial.

DRINK Lots of liquid such as tea or water during bath, it helps your blood circulation and maximize detoxing. (Also avoid dehydration)
